Private Personal Training
Our bread and butter. We offer 1:1 private group training in High Park/Junction/Toronto as well as in Manhattan, New York. Private training options vary from hourly packages, optimizing affordability for longer stretches to help you really achieve the goals you have set.

Virtual Personal Training
1:1 fitness coaching for the individual who wants to save money on a gym rental and doesn't have the additional time it takes to pack up and leave home. A lot of progress can be made from your living room. I will make sure you have all the resources prior to starting to ensure a challenging workout each and every time.

Strength & Running Programs
As a certified run coach and big time lover for the sport, I am certified and highly knowledgeable on how to provide you with the right program based on your goals. Depending on time frame and current level of fitness, you will want the perfectly curated running program created for you, with constant access to Deanna along the way to help guide you to an injury-free race day.

Group Events
Whether you are planning a birthday, summer activity with friends, bachelorette, themed event, etc, Train With De can come up with an ultra-fun creative workout for everyone and all levels to enjoy.
