How We Can Work Together in 2025: Strength, Running, Programming, Group Events

Welcome & thanks so much for being here!
As you probably know by now, my name is Deanna (Coach De) and I have been a personal trainer for 8 years in both Toronto, Canada and New York City!
I founded TrainwithDe back in 2016 thinking it would always be a small side project for me while working full time in corporate insurance. Boy, was I wrong!
I am so INCREDIBLY thankful for what this business has taught me. I no longer think small picture - instead, at the beginning of each year I write down BIG goals to see if I can manifest my dreams year over year!
Wondering what those dreams are?..
I don't want to uncover all of my goals, but a few of the top ones include: coaching a large group of people (50+), doing more events for bachelorettes, corporate, wellness retreats, signing a deal with 1 major PR firm that aligns best with my practice, and continuing to grow this company over North America.
One of my most frequently asked questions (10+/week right now!) is how we can work together. And since TrainwithDe is now expanding (team of 3 - yes we are small but we are mighty), I thought I would write a new blog on the best way to do this:
Option 1: In person in Toronto, Canada or Manhattan, NYC!
TrainwithDe specializes in functional fitness, perinetal (prenatal/postnatal) and run coaching in both Toronto and NYC. The team is made up of myself, Deanna Scharpf, Melissa Marchi and one new hire starting by the end of January 2025! All of us are well equipped with extensive backgrounds and history in sport, athletics and personal training.
Option 2: Virtual from anywhere!
Many of our clients prefer to commit from the comfort of their own homes. We are happy to suggest weights, bands, mats etc to purchase so you can get the most out of your workout. If you so happen to be across North America outside of the provinces and States we offer in person services, this is a great (and affordable) option as we remove our travel expense.
Option 3: Monthly Strength or Running Programs
At TrainwithDe we love to provide an option for programming only. This takes the thought process away from you. After an initial intake questionnaire, we take away your goals, history, access to equipment, etc and create a 4 week program for you to bring with you to your workouts. All programs start at 4 weeks in length and go up to 12 months. You can choose to auto renew per month so we continue to stay in touch during the month and refresh programs based on feedback, new goals, and challenges you foresee approaching the next month of training. Programming starts at $90/month and includes unlimited access to our trainers for questions or concerns.
Option 4: Group Fitness
At TrainwithDe we LOVE helping big groups, and as said above, it is only of my biggest goals for my company to do more of this! We have enjoyed hosting many bachelorettes, group classes indoors and outdoors for all experience levels with minimal equipment. We approach these classes as a way to educate a broader group by introducing new exercises with proper technique, but also keeping it fun and engaging to get your sweat on!
Option 5: Corporate Wellness
I as the founder am very excited at the opportunity to coach people in a corporate setting. When your employer invests in you, I am happy to support their initiatives by helping the staff carve out time from their day to do more for their health. I can come to your office or offer virtual packages. If you are located in Manhattan, please reach out and I can advise. Rates are subject to group size but have a flat rate of $400/session.
