Join us indoors this November at Swansea School of Dance for 4 incredible events held every Wednesday 12-1. Babies welcome. Mats and bands provided. Please bring your own blanket set up for baby including toys and anything you may need for feeding.

About the event
This November we have 4 amazing events every Wednesday. Join us for our sponsored event by Fortides on November 25th at Swansea School of Dance from 12-1pm. All other classes will be ran by Frances Young coaching you through a 45 minute mat based strength class. Babies always encouraged!
