About the event
I am a certified perinatal specialist, strength coach and run coach, as well as a new mother to a 2 year old baby girl. During your perinatal period (during pregnancy up to a year after postpartum) it can be challenging to get back into the swing of things. I am here to help guide you to safe exercises while getting stronger. We will meet 2x a week, please bring your own water, mat, shoes. I will provide the resistenace bands.
