Dakota

Dakota is a dedicated coach with a Health and Fitness Promotion diploma from Algonquin College and more than a decade of hands-on experience in sport, fitness, and recreation. He has coached football at multiple levels, from youth to collegiate, and worked with the City of Toronto to coordinate community recreation programs that support diverse groups in achieving their fitness goals. As an athlete himself, Dakota has completed a full marathon, five half marathons, and continues to train in both boxing and running, bringing technical expertise and personal discipline to his coaching. His approach emphasizes strategy, consistency, and accountability, while also keeping training engaging and fun to build athletes who enjoy the process as much as the results.
